Medicare Prescription Drug Plan Guide
Through the efforts of several national pharmacy associations, a workbook has been designed to help you choose that Part D prescription drug plan that is best for you.  Visit
www.healthdecisions.org/guide to view the workbook, print out your own copy, or use an online, interactive version of the workbook.

Special note to consumers:

Pharmacists Are There For You - They Care
For generations, your Pharmacist has been there for you to answer questions about your prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, health services, allergic reactions to various medications, and much more.

At the national level, Pharmacists have joined together to create a web site to help you with Medicare Discount Card choices.  Because this is such an important step in your healthcare for the next several years, Pharmacists want to be sure you make the right decision.  Visit www.healthdecisions.org/guide for a quick-reference guide to Medicare 2007.

State Assistance Programs
Once you begin to research the specific Medicare Discount Cards online, you may have the opportunity to learn about State Assistance Programs. For Indiana, it's the Hoosier Rx program.  Details can be found on the Medicare web site or ask your Pharmacist.
